1. Service Description

ANIMA is a human intelligence platform that allows you to create a digital clone that encodes your knowledge, values, personality, and expertise. The platform provides tools for training, interacting with, and deploying your clone, as well as measuring the fidelity of its representation.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and training your clone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Your clone data belongs to you. All conversations, personality data, training materials, values, and knowledge that you provide to build your clone remain your intellectual property. You retain full ownership of and rights to your clone data at all times.

The ANIMA platform, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of ANIMA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Create clones that impersonate other people without their explicit consent.
• Generate, store, or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the platform or its security systems.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience.

5. Limitation of Liability

ANIMA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with notice where reasonably possible. In the event of termination for cause, you will be given the opportunity to export your data before deletion.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of ANIMA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
